Aisha y Victor

Aisha and Victor come from Argentina. Although they used to have other jobs (Aisha as an interpreter, Victor as an architect) they are now full-time Tango teachers, spending 6 months of the year in Buenos Airies and 6 months travelling the world. This year they will be touring Europe from May onwards, including a month in the UK.
As part of their trip they will be running two classes in the main hall, The Guildhall, Eastgate Street, Gloucester on Wednesday 15th July 2009.
Class 1 (Tango) will run from 19.00 to 20.30. After a break for refreshments (the café/bar is adjacent to the hall).
Class 2 (Tango Vals) will run from 21.00 to 22.30. After that, there will be general dancing.
The cost will be £6 for each class, which may be booked separately. For tickets, ring the Guildhall Box Office on 01452 50 30 50.
Guided Practica - The day after those classes, Ross Tango will be holding a guided Practica at which Aisha and Victor will be present to watch and give individual tips to the couples present. We would strongly recommend that anyone who has been at the classes in Gloucester should go to this guided practica. It would be a good way to practise and reinforce what you will have learned at the classes. Details are:
Where: The Courtfield Arms, Lower Lydbrook, GL17 9NU - Thursday 16th July 2009 Time 19.00
For tickets ring Neil and Caroline on 01989 566 372.
Victor is ideally suited to teaching Tango. He actually comes from Villa Urquiza and dances in that style (long feline steps for example). Aisha, with her good knowledge of English is excellently placed to convey their knowledge to local dancers. They are also good teachers, and very nice people.
